Starting or growing a business can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't need to be!

Momentum's Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Coaching Program offers free 1:1 business coaching for entrepreneurs with disabilities who are exploring, starting, or growing a business.

This is personalized support to help you navigate challenges and move your business or business idea forward. Through 1:1 coaching sessions, participants can access support that meets them where they are. Whether you are developing an idea, validating a business concept, planning your next steps, or looking for accountability and guidance, a coach can help you move forward.

What you'll get

Up to 12 free 1:1 coaching sessions per year, delivered online or by phone.
Sessions are personalized based on each participant's goals and stage of business.

Coaching may include support with:

Clarifying business ideas and goals, planning next steps
Launching, establishing, and growing your business
Pricing, budgeting, and financial planning
Marketing and finding customers
Building confidence and overcoming barriers
Connecting to other programs and community resources

Accommodations and accessibility supports may be available based on participant needs.

Do you qualify?

You identify as having a disability. This can include any physical, mental, cognitive, learning, or ongoing health challenge. It may be visible or not, and it may be diagnosed by a doctor or identified by you. It does not matter if it affects your learning.
You live in Calgary and area (or if you are Indigenous, Inuit or Metis living in surrounding Treaty 7 territory).
You are interested in self-employment or entrepreneurship.
You are exploring a business idea, starting a business, or already operating a small business.
