Momentum’s Empowerment Coach Training is a Level 1 ICF accredited training
program that uses a Trauma-Informed Approach to coaching. This 16-week,
70-hour program is designed to help you learn the skills and tools required to
support your clients/staff in making profound changes in their personal and
professional lives, achieving their goals, and actualizing their potential.

This training takes a trauma-informed approach to coaching, equipping you with the understanding and knowledge to recognize trauma and triggers, and to use the appropriate tools to move your clients forward in the coaching process.

The Empowerment Coach Training is for those interested in the basic knowledge and principles required for coach certification and credentialing with the ICF, for Coaches who want to review the updated ICF Core Competencies and ICF Ethics requirements, for Coaches with no prior knowledge of trauma-informed practice, for leaders and HR professionals, as well as individuals interested in acquiring foundational coaching skills through a trauma-informed lens who wish to start their own coaching practice.

The next program begins November 8th 2024. Delivered via weekly scheduled sessions, Friday mornings online.
