It can be hard to meet your basic needs and feel financially stable, especially if you live on a lower income. There are benefits and supports that can help you, but searching for them can feel overwhelming and confusing. Momentum's new Benefits Navigation program can help you learn about and apply for government benefits and community supports.

How does it work?

Momentum partners with people living on a lower income to help improve their financial well-being. In a Benefits Navigation session, we are here to listen and support you to learn about government benefits and community supports you might be eligible for. We also support you in accessing them.

To book a Benefits Navigation session, visit the Book a Session section below. Once you have booked a session, you will receive a confirmation email including an intake form. You must complete the intake form before your scheduled appointment.
