March 16 Update
For the health of our community and to do our part in stopping the spread of the COVID-19 virus, all Momentum classes are on hold and our building is closed to the public until further notice.
Our staff are here to support you through this and are available over the phone or by email.
Our main contact lines are 403-272-9323 and firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are exploring options to make classes and services available to you, and will update you as soon as we have more information. We are here for you as a community.
We are following the latest recommendations from Alberta Health Services and we ask our community to get the latest information from AHS directly.
If you have any symptoms, have travelled outside Canada or have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19, stay home and use the AHS self assessment tool.
