Things to Consider
Starting a business often takes longer and costs more than people imagine. Start-up costs for many of small businesses may run from a few thousand dollars for a home based business to $60,000 or more for retail or commercial space, equipment and inventory.
There are very few government grants available for most small businesses, usually only in very specialized sectors and projects. Grant information is readily available on government websites.
