Technology Training for Young Adults

The Compass Youth Tech Training Program is a 25-week full time program that helps young adults aged 18-35 with limited education and finances to develop academic and technology skills in a supportive environment. The program gives participants a jump start in the tech industry, provided by SAIT. Participants also receive one-on-one coaching to figure out their next education or career step.

Do you qualify?
Apply for COMPASS if you:
- Are out of school and up to 35 years of age
- Have a passion for technology and love to work with computers, but limited technical training
- Are unemployed or underemployed (work less than 20 hours a week)
- Know that education is the key to your success
- Have a minimum educational level of grade 10
- Have a minimum English language proficiency level of 5-6
- Would like to increase your skills to be successful in both your work and personal life
- Are READY, WILLING, and ABLE to participate in the program, complete it, and start achieving your goals!
