Train the Trainer

Train the Trainer is offered to community based social service agencies who want to incorporate financial literacy into service delivery with their current participants.

This two-day training will build the capacity of front line professional staff to help their clients better manage their money.

The agency can choose to deliver Money Management training based on Momentum’s model of workshop delivery, or can incorporate the workshop principles into your current service delivery model. This flexibility allows agencies to offer their clients timely and relevant assistance to increase their financial literacy.

Learn the skills

  • Increase the Financial Literacy of front line agency staff,
  • Understand how Financial Literacy is integral to increasing the capacity of individuals to take control of their lives,
  • Understand the Sustainable Livelihoods Model,
  • Learn how to incorporate money management education into your current service delivery model and/or develop money management workshops for clients,
  • Learn advanced facilitation skills: be engaging and motivational, and
  • Inspire people to take charge of their money and their lives!

Receive:

  • Intensive facilitator training for up to 10-12 staff at you site or at Momentum,
  • Facilitation and marketing strategies tailored to your agency,
  • Financial Literacy curriculum manuals, including facilitators’ guides and participant handouts,
